Stage VII: Opening Organization and Training
One week training prior to Spa inauguration all protocols and procedures are implemented and the Staff goes through a life performance to insure top performance on the scheduled opening date.
A guest quality protocols manual is developed to fit the Spa programs and facilities with a detailed Spanish & English stage performance script.
Between 60 and 90 days the Spa is reviewed and revised to see how well the protocols, rituals and procedures implemented were and a detail report is prepared to insure the success of the Spa operation.
